Rogers Arena West Tower
Location: 800 Griffiths Street Vancouver BC
Rogers Arena West tower is a commercial and residential mixed 24 story building with over 13000 square feet of floor plate per floor and 42 plus vertical elements per floor. The tower cantilevers over the existing arena on two different elevations, posing a challenge in construction and load transfer like none other. Once past the transfer and arena linked levels the tower was successfully executed on a seven day cycle.
